Information you provide
The consultation form asks for your name, company, work email, phone number, area of interest, project message, and optional referral source. You may also email or call us directly. The Business Systems Snapshot can be completed without submitting personal information.
Information collected automatically
The site is hosted on Vercel. The host and our servers may receive standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, which is used to deliver and secure the site. This build does not load an advertising pixel, analytics script, or session-recording tool. If we add those later, we will update this policy first.
How information is used
- Review and respond to project inquiries, typically within one business day.
- Understand the requested work and continue the conversation.
- Create a contact record in Revamp CRM so the inquiry is not lost.
- Protect the website and form from abuse.
- Keep ordinary business records and meet legal obligations.
Where form submissions go
A submitted inquiry is stored in Revamp CRM (Firebase / Google Cloud) and a notification is sent to info@revampindustries.com. In local development only, a draft may also be saved in your browser and is not transmitted.
Who processes information
We use service providers only as needed to run the site and follow up: Vercel (hosting), Firebase / Google Cloud (CRM records and authentication for the workspace), and Resend (transactional email when that integration is enabled). We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to respond, continue a sales conversation, or meet record-keeping requirements, then deleted or archived on request or when they are no longer needed. To ask for access, correction, or deletion, email info@revampindustries.com.
Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information. We will confirm the request is from you before making changes.
Security
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We limit access, use established providers, and avoid collecting information we do not need.
Children
This business website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
